This short-term position will support the editing of a variety of reports, desk reviews, and evaluations. Topics covered will range across various sectors, including democracy and governance, education, economic development and monitoring and evaluation.
MSI is currently seeking a short term Monitoring and Evaluation consultant for the USAID- funded Vietnam Evaluation, Monitoring, and Survey Services. The project is assisting USAID/Vietnam in designing and implementing various evaluations, monitoring surveys, and performance management studies.
