UNDP Vietnam is seeking for a national consultant (NC) to develop GEF portfolios on Capacity building and Institutional.
The tasks of the NC are to: - Assess capacity of relevant GEF stakeholders and identify capacity needs, barriers/constraints and opportunities for capacity strengthening. This is to find ways to address capacity gaps and to facilitate the GEF processes. - Develop a manual to provide guidance to stakeholders of how to apply and mobilize for a GEF project, specifically for GEF5 cycle.
