The Facility for Capacity Building project is a part of the Vietnam - Belgium 2011-2015 Indicative Cooperation Program that aims to improve the quality of human resources of Vietnam through strengthening the innovative and the management skills and capacities of Vietnamese individuals and targeted institutions.
