Consultant for Gender Assessment

Project description: Project “Boosting education for ethnic minority children in Vietnam” implemented for 3 years (FY 2016 - FY2018), Plan International Vietnam will support the construction of classrooms and facilities as well as the provision of classroom equipment for preschool and primary school children in the poorest communes of Ha Giang, Lai Chau, Quang Binh, Quang Ngai and Kon Tum provinces. Our priority is to improve school facilities to create a stimulating learning environment available and accessible to ethnic minority children. To date, the project has completed activities of year 1 and the ones of year 2 are ongoing.

We are looking for consultant(s) to lead  an  assessment with participation of Plan staff and its partners to understand more on  how gender inequality in the project target areas hinder accessing of girls and boys to quality learning environment for appropriate education.
