KOTO is a not for profit restaurant and vocational training program empowering street and disadvantaged youth of Vietnam. KOTO supports it’s trainees along every step in their journey – from the streets right through to their first placement in a real hospitality job.
KOTO consists of two branches of operations – Foundation: which is the ‘charity’ sector, based around trainees, their education and welfare; and Enterprise: the ‘business’ sector of our model, designed to raise internal revenue to pay for our overheads and drive funds into the foundation side of the organization.
