The UNDP Viet Nam seeks a consultancy firms/institutions or team to conduct a gender analysis for the UN-REDD Viet Nam Programme. The gender analysis will include a review of the outcomes of Phase 1 from a gender perspective, and identify gender issues in land/forest management and gender power dynamics in social, economic and political spheres that might reinforce and/or result in unequal status, opportunities, benefits and risks faced by women and men in Lam Dong Province. Based on this the analysis will set out prioritized and concrete objectives of addressing gender equality in REDD+ in Lam Dong, inform the design of gender-sensitive processes and activities in Phase 2, as well as provide baseline data for monitoring gender safeguards throughout Phase 2.
