The project has worked intensively with the Vietnam Social Security (VSS) and Health Insurance Department of MoH to improve the access by the poor to quality health services in disadvantaged remote areas of Vietnam. In the context of the rapid expansion of health insurance and social security systems in Vietnam, the project must document the strategies developed with the MoH and the VSS in the provinces in order to draw lessons learned and experiences and disseminate the findings.
