A military command in the central province of Quang Ngai on Nov 15 proposed its headquarters quickly handle a 250-kilogram unexploded bomb that was unearthed in a rice field. While waiting for actions by the provincial military headquarters, Ba To District’s Military Command sent militiamen to guard the 1.6-meter-long bomb. The war bomb was recently detected some six meters away from a local house in Ba Vinh Commune. (Thanh Nien Nov 16)
