The Vietnam News Agency (VNA) fund “For Victims of Agent Orange” on Nov. 15 presented gifts to Agent Orange (AO)/dioxin victims in the northern provinces of Ha Giang and Quang Ninh. Five families of victims of AO/dioxin in Ha Giang’s Bac Quang district have received 1 million VND each. Ten families of AO victims in Hoanh Bo district of the northern coastal province of Quang Ninh were provided with gifts worth 500,000 VND each. (vietnamplus.vn Nov 15)
