Once completed in 2012, the center is expected to partly raise physical strength and spiritual life for local residents. Hanoi, which is home to political, socio-cultural and economic agencies, is under burden of fast urbanization which is resulted from strong migration as workers and students from surrounding localities flock to the city for studying, working and settlement, experts said.
