Vietnam plans to build a national educational quality framework that will match with ASEAN member countries’ criteria and standards, said Deputy Minister of Education Nguyen Thi Nghia
Nghia made the statement at the ASEAN quality framework forum held by the Ministry of Education in Hanoi on Tuesday. Vietnam has yet had any national quality frameworks for educational levels. The development of the framework helps the country’s education sector conduct renovations in management style and teaching-learning methods. Apart from building the national educational quality framework, Vietnam will also focus on verifying the quality of educational establishments, said the Deputy Minister of Education and Training.
