The Quang Nam Province People's Committee has approved a plan to provide poor households, especially ethnic ones, land for agriculture and accommodation and clean water in 15 communes and hamlets facing “special difficulties”. The project seeks to ensure 70% of poor households have land for production and solve the water shortage in these communes and hamlets by 2015. It is expected to cost VND623 billion ($29.3 million).
