The Ho Chi Minh Youth Organization and the Students’ Society of Hue Economics University in collaboration with the Dakrong District Ho Chi Minh Youth Organization have just launched a program named “Warm clothes for poor school students”. Under the program, students at Hue Economics University offered local poor students 200 gifts, each of which included warm clothes and 20 notebooks. In addition, the University gave 700 course-books to primary and junior-high schools in communes with economic difficulties. The programme “Warm clothes for poor school students” is an annual activity of the Ho Chi Minh Youth Organization and the Students’ Society of Hue Economics University. This was the second year the program had come to the poor district of Quang Tri Province to provide warm clothes and books for poor students, refueling them to go to school. (qdnd.vn Dec 14)
