Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) provided a combined $250 million aid to Vietnam in 2013 to help the country boost its socio-economic development. The amount was distributed to healthcare, education, environment, socio-economic development and charity in 63 cities and provinces over the year, contributing to policy making in the country.
