The VNPT Group offered 197 scholarships “VNPT – Promoting Vietnamese Talents” to needy students having good studying results in Nam Dinh northern province on December 18. Namely, the sponsor granted 7 scholarships, worth VND 5 million each, to 7 students in Nam Dinh who passed the recent entrance exam in universities with grades from 28 and other 190 scholarships, worth VND 500,000, to poor students in the Province.
