Vietnam’s central highlands province of Kon Tum will spend VND385 billion ($19.7 million) to build 77 boarding schools for ethnic minority students in poor areas by 2015,
according to the province's Department of Education and Training. Nearly 10,000 ethnic students study at 67 boarding schools in Kon Tum. (VNS Nov 24)
