Kon Tum: 100 Houses Handed over to Ethnic Minorities in Border Areas

Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PetroVietnam) joined hands with authorities in the central highlands province of Kon Tum handed over 100 houses to ethnic minorities in 3 border districts on Dec 25. Of the total, locals in Ngoc Hoi district got 50 houses; Dak Glei received 30 and Sa Thay district 20, the Nong Thon Ngay Nay online newspaper reported Dec 28. The houses, which were kick-started earlier in Nov, was funded by PetroVietnam with a total investment of VND2 billion. (danviet.vn Dec 28)
