HDBank has just joined with the Ho Chi Minh City sponsoring association for poor patients to offer 700 insurance cards to the poor in Long Xuyen city, An Giang province, with the total value of nearly 200 million VND. This activity is part of the program of HDBank (Ho Chi Minh City Housing Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank) to offer 10,000 insurance cards to the poor nationwide.
