The Viet Nam's ethnic minority cultural festival will take place in Hanoi's Son Tay Township on April 18-19, with participation of 13 ethnic groups from eight cities and provinces in the country, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has announced. The event will feature traditional markets and games as well as an exhibition on traditional trade villages. The festival honors identities of ethnic groups and promotes exchanges between ethnic groups in different regions in the country. (Vietnam News April 10)
