Foreign non-governmental organizations (NGO) have funded roughly $60 million for landmine clearance projects in Vietnam over the past decade, Nguyen Dang Tuan, deputy director of Technology Centre for Bomb and Mine Disposal (BOMICEN) said at a meeting recently. Of the total, nearly $40 million has been granted to help Vietnam solve the relating issues.
