CPA Australia has just granted 6 scholarships worth VND 300 million to excellent students in the international accounting masters programme at Swinburne University in Vietnam. CPA Australia (or the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants) is Australia’s largest professional accounting body and one of high-profile organisations in the world. CPA Australia has for long had close connections with Swinbourne University in Australia and recently with its branch in Vietnam. The Swinbourne Masters in International Accounting Program (MintA) is the first and only accounting programme accredited by CPA Australia. Six excellent Vietnamese students were given the scholarships by CPA Australia at their graduation ceremonies in Ho Chi Minh City on February 18th and in Hanoi on February 22nd.
