The United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women, hereinafter referred to as UN Women hereby invites prospective vendors to strengthen the capacities of Women Living with HIV (WLHIV) and Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, & Intersex (GBTQI) networks and service providers to address GBV, stigma and discrimination in provinces heavily affected by COVID-19 in Viet Nam in accordance with the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents, including General Conditions of Contract (GCC) and the Terms of Reference as set out in RFP.
