Pact is an international non-profit, non-religious, non- political and non-governmental organization that is based in Washington D.C, United States. Through trainings, technical assistance, mentoring and direct financial support, Pact strengthens local organizational and institutional capacity to further development goals in HIV/AIDS, livelihoods, natural resource management, and other sectors.
Pact is recruiting the 4 following positions for an upcoming USAID-funded program that aims to strengthen human, organizational, and systems capacity to lead the national HIV and AIDS response and deliver innovative enhancements in HIV and AIDS services in Vietnam. The project will provide direct service delivery and technical assistance to key stakeholders in target provinces and facilitate transition of USAID-supported HIV and AIDS services to the Vietnam provincial governments.
