FHI 360 Vietnam is looking for Vietnamese nationals for our three vacancies as Temporary Human Resources Assistant, Temporary Accountant, and Temporary Finance Officer for our Hanoi office:
1) Temporary Human Resources Assistant (Duration: 12 months)
Main responsibilities and essential qualifications:
- Provide administrative support and assistance to the Human Resources operations of FHI360/Vietnam country office
- Maintain personnel management system
- University degree in business administration, social science or related field with 2-3 years relevant experience
2) Temporary Accountant (Duration: 8 months)
Main responsibilities and essential qualifications:
- Assist FHI360 in the maintenance of the accounting software, accounting for the financial transactions, and enhancing the financial management of the country office
- Review all travel expense reports and other payments for correctness, compliance and completeness of supporting documentation.
- University degree in accounting, finance or related field and at least 3 year relevant experience
- Experience using accounting software and preparing account payable vouchers/journal entries; bank reconciliations
3) Temporary Finance Officer (Duration: 12 months)
Main responsibilities and essential qualifications:
- Assist FHI 360 in financial management of and technical assistance provision to FHI 360 supported projects in Vietnam
- Maintain sub-award tracking system
- University degree in accounting, finance or related field and at least 3 year relevant experience
- Auditing skills are advantage
General requirements for all positions:
- Experience in similar position in a foreign business or NGO/INGO.
- Analytical and results oriented; honest and accurate; mature and reliable.
- Good spoken and written English language skills
- Computer literacy (MS word and Excel are required)
