ACCOMODATION FOR PARTICIPANTS OF

National Boot Camps – ClimateLaunchpad Vietnam 2022

1. CONTEXT

The Hanns Seidel Foundation (HSF) is a political foundation with its headquarters in Munich (Germany). “In the service of democracy, peace and development” – this motto is present in the work and mission of the Hanns Seidel Foundation. Within the framework of the ASEAN Regional Project on Sustainable Consumption and Production, HSF has been cooperating with diverse Ministries, think-tanks, international and local organisations in Southeast Asian countries to facilitate a transition to circular economy in this region.

The Center for Creativity Sustainability Study and Consultancy (CCS) was established in 2013 as a non-state science and technology organization under Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations (VUSTA). CCS specializes in research and development, capacity building and policy advisory’s expertise for the localized, clean and renewable energy technology solutions.

Since 2020, HSF has been supporting CCS in organizing the world’s largest green business ideas competition – ClimateLaunchpad (CLP) in Vietnam.CLP’s mission is to unlock the world’s cleantech potential that addresses climate change. The competition creates a stage for those idea. With the objective of take part in a multi-day hybrid Boot Camp for the teams of CLP Vietnam 2022 who are trained by an international coach of the competition. HSF and CCS organize the event in June of 2022.

HSF and CCS jointly seek a service provider for the successful organisation of the following project activity:

• Tentative name of the project activity: CLP Vietnam National Boot Camps
• Time for the event:  21/06-23/06 and 28/06-29/06
• Total duration: 4 nights
• Tentative location: Hanoi
• Tentative number of participants: 20 participants
• Tentative number of rooms: 10 rooms (5 rooms from 21^st to 23^rd June and 5 rooms from 28^th to 29^th June)

2. OBJECTIVE

The purpose of this TOR is to obtain management service for an efficient, high quality and timely organisation of the project activity as stated above.

3. SPECIFIC TASKS

The list below outlines items for which the service provider shall submit an official quotation in ONE document (unit price, amount based on the given quantity, service charges and VAT). Separate quotations for individual services cannot be accepted.

Service providers are requested to send an official quotation either in English or Vietnamese for the above listed services, clearly indicating the duration of the quotation’s validity, to and Ms Pham NhatHa via email at vietnam@climatelaunchpad.org [1]or per post to the Center for Creativity Sustainability Study and Consultancy, No 49, Lane 2 Hoang Sam, Nghia Do, Cau Giay, Hanoi before June 13, 2022.
