02 Senior Researchers to lead a mixed quantitative and qualitative study on gender and resettlement. Required qualifications include: (i) PhD degree in social sciences (preferably in sociology, psychology); (ii) Minimum 05 years of experience in conducting research and/or evaluation; (iii) Proven experience in conducting research (from design to findings dissemination) in the area of gender, community development, resettlement; (iv) Strong analytical, writing skills, presentation and team work skills; (v) strong record of publication; (vi) Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
01 Gender and Resettlement Specialist to lead the development of technical guideline on how to mainstream gender in resettlement activities. Required qualifications include: (i) Master degree level in social sciences (e.g. sociology, anthropology, land management, human geography); (ii) Good understanding on involuntary resettlement policy of the World Bank (or similar organizations); (iii) Strong practical experience (6 years minimum) in conducting gender-related works/intervention, especially mainstreaming gender aspects in infrastructure projects. Candidates with combined experience in works related to resettlement and gender will be prioritized; (iv) Strong analytical, writing skills, presentation and team work skills; (v) Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.”
