Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) is a global project focused on HIV, global health security, and combatting trafficking in persons using funding from the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief and the United States Agency for International Development. EpiC Vietnam’s goal is to deliver efficient, affordable, results-based technical assistance and direct services while closing the remaining gaps in Vietnam’s efforts to achieve HIV epidemic control, address emerging disease threats, and combat trafficking in persons in Vietnam.
We are seeking a qualified local consultant or consultant team to contribute senior-level recommendations and support to an assessment of the health information system(s) (HIS) and human resource capacity to respond to emerging, reemerging, and prioritized epidemics in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
