Instruction for quotation submission
The official quotation is signed, stamped, and required documents according to item D – Document requirement. Please send the official quotation with the subject: “FY24-0362 BCA -Quotation_[Name of supplier]-Supply communication board to USAID-BC project” to email [email protected] [2]; [email protected] [3] [email protected] [4]; [email protected] [5].
The maximum size per email that WWF-Viet Nam can receive is 25MB.
Bidders who submit their documents following the submission deadline requirement, with complete details of the required documents, will be considered for evaluation. WWF will evaluate based on the requirement on the technical specification, installation, transportation and delivery time. Bidders who are responsive to the requirements will be considered for a price
Bidderwho offered the best price will be selected as supplier for this package.
