WWF-Viet Nam, USAID Biodiversity Conservation would like to annouces the extension of the submission deadline to submit your best quotation (with sample) to produce water bottles with 21 PAs logos for the USAID Biodiversity Conservation project.

Instruction for quotation submission:
The official quotation is signed, stamped, and required documents according to Item D – Document requirement. Please send the official quotation with the subject as “FY24-1799 BCA – Quotation_[Supplier’s name]-Produce water bottles with 21 PAs logos to USAID-BC Project” to email: [email protected] [2]; [email protected] [3]; [email protected] [4].
The maximum size per email that WWF-Viet Nam can receive is 25MB.
Water bottles sample are sent to the following address:

Evaluation and selection methodology:
Bidders whosubmit their documents following the submission deadline requirement, with complete details of the required documents, will be considered for evaluation. WWF will evaluate based on the requirement of technical specification, water bottle sample, warranty, delivery and relevant experience. Bidders who are responsive to the requirements will be considered for a price.
The bidder who offered the best price will be selected as the supplier for this package.
Deadline for Quotation and water bottle sample submission: on or before 11:30 a.m, July 11th, 2024 (Hanoi time – ICT).
