I. OVERVIEW
FHI 360 is seeking a qualified vendor to do a thorough technical check of FHI 360-funded installed liquid oxygen systems at 10 sites in four provinces (three in metro Ho Chi Minh City) and one in Hanoi, and to make requisite repairs as needed to ensure the sites meet applicable standards for design, safe and efficient use (the medical gas system must comply with Ministry of Health standards and fire and occupational safety requirements from the Ministry of Science and Technology Directorate for Standards, Metrology, and Quality. Following the execution of technical fixes, the vendor is expected to provide a warranty for both the piping and equipment (tank, vaporizer, regulator, outlets, etc.) associated with the system and purchased by FHI 360.
