PSI Vietnam is now seeking a qualified research agency to conduct Health seeking journeys for febrile illness among populations at risk for malaria in Binh Phuoc and Gia Lai, Vietnam. Please study the details in the attached RFP [2] and submit your technical proposal & quotation separately paying attention to the followings:
- Properly signed and stamped your quotation & technical proposal
- Submit Financial proposal (quotation) and Technical proposal in 2 separated and sealed envelop with title of the project
- Send your technical proposal & quotation separately via one of the followings:
- Hand-deliver it to PSI office at 11st Floor, VinaFor Building, 127 Lo Duc, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi.
- Send it via post to the above-mentioned address

- Organization profile and Proposed personnel and management approach
- Working Partnership
- Quality of proposed plan and methodology
- Timeline

The deadline for submitting technical proposal & financial proposal is 17:00 18 July 2019. Proposals which are not submitted by this deadline will not be considered.
