DAI invites firms to submit a quotation for the purchase of Health insurance plan to be delivered to the USAID Vietnam Urban Energy Security.
Please see attached a Request for Quotation (RFQ) [1] and accompanying Statement of Work (SOW) [2] for Health Insurance plan for local employees and eligible dependents in 2023.
Questions must be submitted no later than 18:00 (GMT+7), February 26, 2023 via email to [email protected].
Quotations must be submitted no later than 18:00 (GMT+7), March 5, 2023 via email to [email protected] [3].
Offerors who are interested in providing the quotation for insurance service to DAI VUES can contact us by email address of [email protected] [3] for receiving Attachment D and Attachment E of the RFQ.
Issuance of this solicitation does not constitute a commitment, award, or engagement on the part of DAI nor does it commit DAI to any future commitment, award, or engagement. However, we will use responses submitted to assess whether procurement for these technical services is appropriate to meet USAID’s needs.
