CARE Vietnam is now seeking partner To build a strategic relationship with a leading Vietnamese Civil Society Organization in Ethnic minority development in order to persuade national agenda and advocate for effective Ethnic minority programming in Vietnam, To mutually strengthen technical capacity of both the partner CSO and CARE in Ethnic minority development advocacy and programming; and to better mobilize resources for Ethnic minority advocacy and programming.
