Invitation for Expression of Interest
National experts on Strengthening of Drug Therapeutic Committees in 29 hospitals and assessment on quality of diagnosis and prescription in supported hospitals
The Vietnam-German Technical Cooperation Program ”Support to decentralized health systems in Vietnam’’ intends to contract a qualified, experienced, and reputable consulting firm to train 29 Drug Therapeutic Committees (DTC) based on Circular No. 21/2013/TT-BYT. The training has to include a tool for the assessment of treatment and prescription based on the WHO guidelines “How to investigate drug use in health facilities – selected drug use indicators” and “Drug and therapeutics committees – a practical guide”. 10 DTCs will be coached during their assessment by using the tool.
Interested consulting firms are invited to submit an Expression of Interest (EoI). Such EoI must be accompanied by evidence showing the qualification and experience of the firm in the field of Hospital Management and/or Human Resource Management, particularly in the field of health management with focus on rational drug use
Such EoI must be submitted in writing, latest by 17 :00 of 17/7/2015, to the following address:

All EoI will then be evaluated, and a shortlist will be prepared. Shortlisted firms will then be invited to submit proposals on the basis of more detailed Terms of Reference.
