Oxfam in Vietnam is seeking qualified national consultant(s) to provide training and coaching on governance, collective marketing, and market linkages for farmers groups/ cooperatives in the shrimp and rice value chains in the Mekong Delta. Please refer to the attached TOR [1] for more details.
