Oxfam in Vietnam is seeking qualified national consultant to provide coaching and mentoring for core members, particularly female members, of farmers groups/ cooperatives in shrimp and rice production in the four project provinces in the Mekong Delta. The focus will be supporting core members of farmers groups/ cooperatives during the conduction of photovoice, a series of activities to increase the participation of female farmers and seasonal agricultural workers in the shrimp and rice value chain, and to record and disseminate stories about their changes in accessing social security services, occupational safety and health, sustainable livelihoods, and gender equality.
