UN Women Vietnam is looking for a Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting (MER) Consultant to strengthen and implement the MER system of the UN Women programmes and build internal capacity of programme staff to ensure effective monitoring, evaluation and reporting of UN Women workplan and programmes.
Duration: 18 months with the maximum of 250 working days
