TOR 3.2.5: Announcement: Extension of Deadline for Application Submission
The Centre for Rural Development in Central Vietnam (CRD) was founded in 1995 with the missions to conduct research, training, technology transfer and policy advocacy in order to enhance the capacity of the people, social organizations, community and local officials on agriculture and rural development with a view to improving livelihood, environmental and ecological protection, social equity and democracy.
CRD is implementing the project "Strengthening the capacity of social organizations on child rights governance - Phase II" funded by Save the Children International. The project aims to create space for systematic dialogue between CSOs and Government for fulfilling the gaps identified in the Convention on the Rights of a Child (CRC) concluding observations.
Since 2017, with the support of the project, children, parents, teachers, state management agencies and other stakeholders in the project area have experienced changes in awareness, behavior and attitudes and actively participated in promoting children's rights in schools and community. As part of its efforts to document the project’s best practices, success stories, significant achievements and lessons learnt, CRD is looking for an experienced media and communication consultant/group of consultants to produce an 8-10-minute-long documentary in Vietnamese language with English subtitle. - A detailed implementation plan that shows implementation methods and some typical/similar documentaries that the consultant has developed
