Viet-Nam Assistance for the Handicapped/VNAH (www.vnah-hev.org [1]), a U.S based NGO, is implementing the “Disability Rights Enforcement, Coordination and Therapies” project funded by USAID. Within this project, VNAH, in coordination with Medical Service Administration (MSA) - MOH, is seeking a team of local consultants to implement the Assessment for 10-year Implementation of Disability Law on Health.
