Viet-Nam Assistance for the Handicapped/VNAH (www.vnah-hev.org [1]), a U.S based NGO under the Inclusion III-b project funded by USAID to provide direct rehabilitation and social assistance to persons with severe disabilities, improve and expand the rehabilitation service sector in provinces heavily affected by Agent Orange. MOH has developed the rehabilitation medical record. The Government requests hospitals to transform paper medical records into electronic records to meet Government requirements and to make disability/rehabilitation data compatible with health information systems. VNAH is seeking one or a group of local consultants to develop the electronic rehabilitation medical record. Please find attached TOR [2] (in Vietnamese) for more details.
