DGRV - the German Cooperative and Raiffeisen Confederation is the national apex organization and top-level auditing confederation of the cooperative sector in Germany. DGRV has been operating in Vietnam since the end of 1990s to contribute to the sustainable and effective poverty reduction via the development of social structures and favorable legal framework for the cooperatives and collaborative groups.
We are looking for a suitable law firm or consultant to provide consulting service on regulations on and conditions for employment in Vietnam as well as income related issues when working in Vietnam:
- Examine the DGRV’s existing staff regulations and one labour contract;
- Prepare the final draft of the new Staff Regulations and make recommendations for the effective implementation of the new Staff Regulations;
- Provide template of labor contract and service contract adapting to current organization’s situation
The Consultant is required to submit a technical and financial proposal to the following address via the courier:
