VISITS, PROTOCOL AND PROPERTY OFFICER
The Embassy of Australia in Hanoi is looking for talented and energetic individuals to fulfil the position of LE4 Visits, Protocol and Property Officer within the Corporate Management Section.
This position coordinates the arrangements for official high-level visits by senior Australian Government representatives to Vietnam. Duties include planning, protocol and logistical support to ensure visit outcomes are achieved. This position also liaises with Vietnam authorities on visits, diplomatic accreditation and official/diplomatic visas. The position provides property and consular support and assists with official functions and events as required. Out of hours work may be required for which compensation is paid.
Applicants should have well-developed oral and written communication skills and sound interpersonal skills including the ability to build productive working relationships and communicate effectively at all levels in both Vietnamese and English. Applicants should also have strong understanding of Vietnamese protocol and ability to liaise effectively with Vietnam authorities and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
The position is an Ongoing/Permanent position. The employment contract will be a one-year contract with an option to renew to permanent.
The Embassy will consider flexible work arrangements. The full-time monthly gross salary ranges are VND 35,599,040 to VND 40,067,035, depending on skills and experience.
