WWF-Viet Nam, USAID Biodiversity Conservation Project would like to invite prospective bidders to submit sealed bids for the package to supply and installation of furniture for the interpretation center on the value of conservation and biodiversity at Cuc Phuong National Park

HOW TO APPLY:
Bidders is required to submit electronic proposals must follow the following instructions:
Bidders submit bid documents via email: [email protected] [2], and clearly state the email subject as “Ref FY24- 0891 BCA_[Bidder’s name]-Proposal_Supply and installation of facilities for the Intepretation Center on Biodiversity value and conservation for Cuc Phuong National Park". The maximum capacity of each email WWF-Vietnam can receive is 25MB.
To ensure that each bidding email does not exceed 25MB, bidding documents require at least the Bidding Form and Price offer submitted to WWF-Vietnam as email attachments must have protected by password. The password is held by the bidder. The Purchaser will request the bidders to provide the password before opening time. Other documents without price information can be submitted to WWF-Vietnam via Google Drive.
The Purchaser will receive bids from all bidders who submit bids before the bid submission deadline. Proposals submitted after the deadline for submission or without a password installed will be disqualified.
Please be aware that bids or proposals emailed to WWF-Viet Nam will be rejected if they are received after the deadline for bid submission. As an email may take some time to arrive after it is sent, especially if it contains a lot of information, we advise all bidders to send email submissions well before the deadline.
Bid submission deadline: 11:30 am (Hanoi time) January 10, 2024.
Deadline for the Bidder to send the Purchaser questions to clarify the content of the Bidding Document: 17:00 January 5, 2024.
