WWF-Vietnam, USAID Biodiversity Conservation Project would like to announce the extension of submission deadline for: Provision of 10 composite boats for USAID Biodiversity Conservation Project_FY24-1002 BCA package.

Bidder submits their bidding document via email to [email protected] [2], and clearly states the email subject: “Ref FY24-1002 BCA_[name of bidder]-Proposal_Provision of 10 composite boats for USAID-BC project”. The maximum size per email that the Purchaser can receive is 25MB.
To ensure that each bidding email does not exceed 25MB, the bidding document is required to set a password for the submission form and the quotation files as a minimum and the password will be kept by the bidder. The Purchaser will request the bidder to provide a password before the bid opening time. The other document without information on the price offer can be submitted to WWF-Vietnam via Google drive
Submission deadline: 11:30 a.m. (Hanoi ICT), May 28, 2024.
The Purchaser will receive the bidding document of bidders before the submission deadline. Bidding documents will be rejected and considered invalid in case the bidder does not fulfill the requirement for password protection for the price information or if they are received after the submission deadline.
