Save the Children International in Vietnam is inviting submissions of tenders for a Frame Work Agreement to provide the following services in 2 years duration (2024-2025):
- Car rental service from Lao Cai to other provinces in Northern
- Car rental service from Hanoi to Northern Provinces
- Car rental service from Hochiminh to Southern Provinces
Detailed technical specifications are included within the Invitation to Tender (ITT) [1].
