WWF-VIET NAM: INVITATION TO BID: Providing event management services for the fiscal year FY24
WWF-Viet Nam would like to invite Suppliers who are interested in our tender package: “Providing event management services for the fiscal year FY24”

HOW TO APPLY:
Bidders submit their Proposal via email to [email protected] [2], and specify the email subject as “[Ten nha thau]-HSDT-“ DV to chuc su kien cho WWF-Viet Nam-FY24”. The maximum size per email that WWF-Viet Nam can receive is 25MB.
The Bid shall be protected by a password, which shall be kept with the bidders. The purchaser would then request the password to open the file well before the Bid opening time.
WWF-Viet Nam will receive Proposals from all Bidders who submit their Proposals prior to the bid closing time. Bidder submits the Proposal after the bid closing time shall be rejected.
The deadline for submission is 10:00 ICT, 11th July 2023.
The deadline for Bidders to send request for clarification to Bidding Documents is 17:00 ICT, 04th July 2023
