UNICEF Viet Nam is looking for an international consultant or international institution with high – level technical expertise and relevant international experience on child sensitive justice, child development and matters relating to child victims as well as capacity building for justice, prosecutors, and law enforcement officials to support building specialist capacity of criminal justice agencies, including investigators, prosecutors, judges, lawyers, and social welfare officers, in handling of cases involving child victims of violence for improved their access to justice, applying multi-disciplinary and integrated approach.
