Could you please study the details in the attached files and send us quotation summary of at least 4 agencies upon PSI’s requirement, paying attention to the followings:
- Use attached PSI quotation form No. PSI-SVC-23-05 Personal health and Accident Insurance 2023-2024
- Properly sign and stamp your quotation
- Indicate outside the envelop with: Quotation “2023-2024 Personal accident & Health insurance – No. SVC-23-05”
- Send your quotation via one of the followings:
- Hand-deliver it to PSI office at 11th Floor, Vinafor Building, 127 Lo Duc, Hanoi
