UNDP Vietnam seeks 01 individual international consultant and 02 individual national consultants to provide: Consultancy to Assess the Institutional Capacity to Implement Relevant Policies, Laws and Regulations with respect to REDD+ Safeguards.
The key objective of this assignment is to ensure Viet Nam has identified the necessary institutional mandates, procedures and capacities, to implement the relevant policies, laws and regulations, as significant contribution to respecting the Cancun safeguards for REDD+ of the UNFCCC.
The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
