Orbis has worked in collaboration with Vietnam since 1996 and we are proud to have made considerable contributions to Vietnam eye care sector. In order to expand our program portfolio and strengthen our presence in Vietnam, we are seeking to recruit talented and highly motivated Vietnamese candidates to join our team.
Scope of work:
The Intern will assist Program Manager to provide training and be a help desk, trouble shooter for our Telemedicine System. This position will be based in Hanoi with occasionally travel within Vietnam.

Responsibilities:
- Provide training and technical assistance to project partners in Vietnam in implementing Telemedicine System of Orbis Vietnam, including training on IT software, and related equipment.
- Maintain the Telemedicine System. Identify issues/challenges and develop strategies for effective implementation of related work plan activities
- Collect, aggregate, analyse, and disseminates patient health information
- Support Orbis International in development, testing, deployment and evaluation AI technology
- Other tasks assigned by Program Manager
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- University degree. Degree in information systems or public health is favourable.
- Interested in software/electronic information system
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
- Good English and Vietnamese language skills
- Detail-oriented
- Willingness and ability to travel within Vietnam
- Proven interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
